My parents and I are patients of Dr. Ibanez, and we had a fantastic experience. Dr. Ibanez takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, answers all questions, and truly cares about her patients. My mom develops styes, and Dr. Ibanez walked us through the proper steps to keep her eyes clean and prevent them. I highly recommend Dr. Ibanez—she is a professional and caring person.
Dr. Ibanez and her team are amazing! If you are in need for an optometrist, Generations is the place to go. Dr. Ibanez was very kind to explain all the tests that were performed and I can tell her work is with passion. Came out with a great pair of prescription sunglasses to get ready for the summer sun?
This was my first visit, but not my last. They are very thorough and efficient. Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and personable. Dr. Ibanez is wonderful. She takes the time to thoroughly explain the exam and next steps. I highly recommend their practice.
