When I called to see if they had availability, it almost sounded like they didn't want to take any customers like they were super busy, but then when I arrived, there was no one else getting nails done and no one came after me so I don't understand why they sounded so irritated the whole time I was there. I was paying them good money and I tipped well too - even though the person who helped me made my nails bleed and talked about me to the other coworkers the entire time, I presume.. This place is great. Let’s be honest for a second. As a big and tall, black man I have gotten strange looks from shops in the past. I’ve been told I couldn’t be helped when there were plenty of open chairs and hours from closing. Not here. The first time I visited here, after I moved to the area, I was welcomed with open arms. They listen to me and they’re not pushy with additional services. Typical of any shop they chat amongst themselves but always talk with me as well. I’m never ignored. I’ve been back so many times and will continue to do business here.
