But Susan Estep-White made me feel comfortable as soon as she greeted me at the door, and after showing her my previous cuts, I'm confident that I'll be going back to see her again for my next cut. Susan put in a few highlights and gave me a bad hair cut. I gave her a photo and it didn't even come close. She butchered my hair. She charged me $120 and insulted me several times while I was there. She's not a professional. I gave her a decent tip even though she did what she did to me. She'll need the money. Good luck Susan.
