Sadly our pet went to doggy heaven today. The employees were very courteous and respectful. They have private space for you to take the time you need with your pet. A blanket is provided, treats, and music. It definitely made for a more comfortable experienceThank you

Had an appt at 2pm. We checked in at 1:50pm. After seeing multiple pets that arrived later than us being taken inside, I decided to text them at 2:30pm that we were still waiting outside. We received a message that we were up next and someone would come grab my dog in the next 5 minutes. Nobody did. At 2:45pm we went inside to inform the clerks that we were still waiting. 10 min later they took my dog in the back. 3:30pm rolls around and my dog hadn't been seen yet so I asked them to cancel my appt and bring my dog out. I understand things happen but this was Ridiculous! No communication from anyone to explain they were running behind. I have always liked this vet.... read full review

Service, care, support and veterinary abilities have left the buildings!!! This veterinary hospital used to be everything to me, especially when I was super active in my rescue work, the great dogs that I was fostering were receiving amazing care that I would tell people how they would go above and beyond for their care. Then Dr Marks retired, new vets started their beginning careers there and that is where the wheels started to fall off the bus! THEN...they sold the business to a Chinese corporation, then sold again to another Chinese corporation...I'm hearing rumblings that it was sold a third time, again to China.
