I had called for some service for my mom's place. She was concerned about the price. When i spoke to the person servicing her account, i had specifically asked them if this was a contract or she she could cancel at anytime. He stated that it was not a contract. Now I'm being told that it is a contract, which she is stuck with and the service plan we agreed to is not what is occurring. I am trying to speak to a supervisor but they said someone will give me a call back, and has yet to do so. This seems very suspicious on being told no contract and now being told it is a contract. I would like to speak to a supervisor.
My family and I live in a roach infested apartment complex. Don has been the one helping us and he is extremely professional, communicative and was quick to answer any questions I have. Not to mention that the next day (today) we have noticed a TREMENDOUS difference in quantity and I'm noticing a lot of them carrying eggs coming out making it MUCH easier to stop them from multiplying! If our landlord doesn't bring them back out like Don recommended we will!
Was called in for an interview, first round went well but the second round I was told that they wouldn’t be hiring until months later. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the owner of the company to have someone commute to the area to be told that. Everyone else at the company was professional and courteous and up front.
