First, let me declare my experience with Dr. Thakur's office, which is the reason for my review. I am not sure they could be much more disconnected from the concept of time. For example on at least 5 occasions (today being the fifth) they have scheduled me for a phone interview, then we have confirmed it, and I made myself available at the appointed time, only to be left sitting with no call by the office to connect me to the doctor (whose care I have nothing but praise for). But, as Dr. Thakur is responsible for the supervision of the office staff, the review stands.

As a former employee who used to work for this ridiculous clinic, I want to say a few things. I’m surprised these guys these guys are still running in business despite that they carry exp medications in their drawers. They’ve been In legal trouble in the past and they also seem to run a sketchy clinic doing all sorts of malpractice. They humiliate you, if you’re Hispanic and test their employees on their Spanish, they ridicule you in front of the patients. Their head medical assistant was the worst of all compassionate people . I had my gallbladder removed here, it became infected and leaking fluid when I arrived at the doctor they placed me in the wrong side of the clinic for twoHrs when I asked if there was anyone to see me or if we should leave the doctor suddenly arrived told me it was my fault the wound was infected even though I didn’t receive a care packet he then said the liquid was from showering even though it smelled and tore off the surgical scar with no warning or anesthetic. Till this day I have pain in my stomach and leakage from my bellybutton
