About Tulare Urgent Care
Tulare Urgent Care offers quick and efficient service, with patients seen and treated in under an hour. The doctors and staff are friendly, professional, and provide excellent care, helping to ease worries and concerns. The office is clean, with a new, comfortable environment that includes restrooms, TVs, and air conditioning. As an urgent care, there can be a long wait, which is understandable, but the staff is polite and kind. Patients are called behind the desk area to check vitals before returning to the waiting room until a room is available. The doctor is quick, often seeing patients in just a few minutes, and focuses on the main issue, which allows for prompt treatment. For example, one patient came in with a painful sore throat; the doctor confirmed it wasn’t strep and prescribed medication for care, with prescriptions promptly filled at the pharmacy. The staff manages a busy schedule, sometimes with a list of returning patients, which can cause delays but is understandable given the volume. Some reviews mention that the care provided is what is needed, even if it’s not as in-depth as primary care. Patients appreciate the friendly attitude of the staff and the quick service, and many leave feeling happy and relieved. The office also handles beauty treatments, which seem to get quick attention, though this is not the main focus of the clinic. Overall, Tulare Urgent Care provides reliable, friendly, and efficient service for those needing urgent medical attention.
Staff was friendly and the provider was good too. The wait time was a little over an hour. The provider was in a time crunch but still took the time to answer my questions and even showed me demonstrations regarding the injury my son was there for.
I’ve been here a few times and have experienced this urgent care to be up to par…compared to the Tulare Adventist hospital Prime valley is excellent with nurses that actually have compassion for their patients which the Tulare Hospital has nothing to do with compassion. The Tulare Hospital needs to take classes from this place to actually learn to treat their patients with kindness, respect, love which has a lot to do with being a good urgent care vacility. ❤️🙏😊
I have been here since 8 am when the office opened and at 8:39 when I was taken back for my vitals, I was told the provider hadn’t shown up. It’s now 9:17 and the waiting room is packed and no one has been seen yet. I have already missed going on two hours of work and I’ve been here too long to leave and come back another time. Last week when I tried to be seen after school, I was told there were 13 people ahead of me.
Wild. I feel like I should send the office a bill for my time.
Update: I was seen at 9:38. Doctors was stuck in traffic.
