The young technician who serviced our system was wonderful! He was very personable and let us know what he was doing during the process. While he was up in the attic, he brought some heavy boxes that we could not have handled at our age. We so appreciated that!

From beginning until the end, Northwind was extremely professional, punctual, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and has my business from now on!!! They also take home insurance.Crystal went out of her way to accommodate my schedule since I work! She is very friendly and actually listened to what I needed! She calmed my nerves and reassured me things would be taken care of!Johnny was the technician that came out and took care of my AC! He also was very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and saved me alot of money! He explained exactly what was going on and left no room for doubt!I highly recommend this business! Do believe in, “you get what you pay for?” I’m here to praise northwind with no regrets. With reasonable prices, the quality of work and professionalism from Cesar and his team set an extremely high bar. The level of detail in his explanations and pride they do in their work is heard and demonstrated from start to finish. His employees are an extension of him, which is hard to find now in now of days. They took care of all aspects of the process down to cleaning and sweeping which was above and beyond.
