Just had a replastering done by Rhoads pool plaster. I chose this company to due my new pool start up, which, yes is expensive but lets consider the inflated state we live in. They worked on my pool each day. Diagnosed my pump and filtration system (John). Here’s the deal, my previous pool service company has been half a$$ing my equipment the entire time I’ve used them. It took John about an hour to make my pump work at its true capacity, my filtration system (brand new because my old company said it was bad) is actually functioning correctly. Pool Remodel
HUGE project: replaster, retile, replace lines, replace skimmer, replace deck and replace pump.
A tree had caused some serious damage to the deck and some equipment and the plaster /tile was in desperate need of a do over. Estimated at 6 weeks, done in 4. There were some surprises that they addressed as well.
Through the whole thing, the team was transparent, honest, and very easy to work with. I have never had a regular service company but have signed up with them and so far so good.
