I am the daughter of a 95 year old woman who did not feel secure about having a living trust. She felt uncertain about the entire process feeling she would lose control of her finances. Heather and her staff took the time to explain in detail how it all worked in order to put my mother’s fears at ease. I first went with a friend to one of Heather's Wine and Wills presentations. I have visited her Visalia location (1120 W. Main St. VisaliaC CA. 93291). If you own property and want to keep it out of probate court, then you definitely need a living trust made. After the presentation, I decided to move forward and Heather and her staff have been excellent throughout this process. I am 100% satisfied with the service I chose and would definitely recommend anyone to at the very minimum, attend the free presentation and educate yourself on the importance of having a living trust. There was definitely no pressure in paying for any service but if you do need her services, is it not cheap; however, I will always pay for quality service. Thank you Heather and team!
