First time taking my 3 year old here. Best experience! Shout out to April for being so patient & encouraging throughout my son's haircut. Haircut came out great, and we can't wait to come back !

I was upset at first because I was next up and they put the lady behind me in front of me because they knew her, looks like her cut was.goint to take longer but I wish out of common courtesy they would have asked. Haircut experience was good , this was my first time there.

I recently went to Great Clips for the first time. I needed not only to shorten my hair but also to improve the shape of the haircut. My previous haircut elsewhere left my hair looking unbalanced. Imelda did my haircut. First, she told me what she proposed to do during the cut and asked me if I would be okay with that. Each step of the cut, Imelda told me what she was doing and asked if I was okay with it. The finished product was great! I will definitely ask for Imelda the next time I get my haircut!
