We had a consultation with John Nuce from empire to do our first floor with new carpet and flooring and the process was so easy and he gave us different options and the process was better than I expected including the price. I like that he explained everything we had questions for and would definitely refer them to family and friends.

John Nuce assisted me with carpet selection and pricing. He arrived at my home on time, and prepared. John presented an organized selection of carpet styles and colors that made it really easy to narrow down my choice to one carpet, and feel good about the decision I was making.
I am detail oriented, and was constantly communicating with John with questions and concerns. John ALWAYS texted or called me back immediately. John quickly and efficiently resolved the issue or concern I had.
John arrives relaxed, and easy to chat with, BUT underneath the charm is a professional that is extremely knowledgeable and will be your anchor every step of the way in your flooring… read full review
