The artist Zeek was very accommodating and got my sister and I in last minute for a couple small tattoos! The atmosphere wasn't intimidating and everyone was super welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good shop in Tulare and located in a nice area of town. Also all the artist have a little different style than the other which is perfect for whatever art you may be wanting to get done.
