Betty-Brite offers a friendly, small-town atmosphere with professional service. The staff, including Carol and Judy, are known for their kindness and expertise in dry cleaning and tailoring. The new owners accept debit cards and strive to provide excellent customer service, as seen when a customer's lost credit card was returned. However, there has been an instance where the requested hem length was not followed correctly, so it is recommended to confirm the measurements before leaving clothes for alteration.
First Impressions are everything ! This Place has this Mom & Pops small town feel to it ! Old School CoOl ! I had some patches Sewed onto this Cool Jean Jacket that came out AwEsOMe by Judy ! Thanks !!! Also All of the Gals that helped me there were Professional & CoOl ! I'm going to be a loyal lifetime Customer for all my dry cleaning and seamstress needs ! You All Rock ! ???
I lost my credit card and the gentleman I picked my clothes up from returned it to me I thought I had lost it. We had a good laugh. Great customer service and excellent dry cleaning service.
Great ...People are nice, and they know there customers by name...Well at least mine. Great service and they always do a great job on my clothes and have them done when they tell you they will be done. Two Thumbs Up...!!
