“It’s always such a relaxing experience coming here. I’ve just had my third visit, and it never disappoints. The hot tub, steam room, and shower areas are consistently clean, which makes it easy to fully unwind. The front desk staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful.
The body scrub is amazing; slightly uncomfortable at moments, but absolutely worth it for how incredibly soft and refreshed your skin feels afterward. The upstairs saunas are quiet and peaceful, and I really appreciate the details, like the benefits and recommended time posted outside each room. The cedar oxygen room is the perfect temperature to simply sit, breathe, and relax.
The restaurant food is also delicious. My only suggestion would be to add a few lighter options, like a fruit bowl or a simple salad.
Overall, it’s a consistently wonderful and rejuvenating experience, and I always look forward to coming back.“

I felt real relief — even more than I got from a nearby sports doctor. A nagging pain I’d had for weeks was significantly reduced after just one visit.
