Either he didn't think the job through ahead of time, or he didn't care if it was going to work or not, because it doesn't. The generator transfer switch only works for half the house. Made excuses, took no responsibility, tried to say it was our error. The boss should have admitted there was an error, but instead did the two-step denial dance. Would have been easy to apologize, but instead gets this bad review.

I'm a first time homeowner and am new to this process. This guy came to change the electrical panel on our house and said he pulled a permit and arranged for inspections and never did.

Professional, reliable, friendly and reasonable. The first time I used Kyle Electric, they helped me to safely remove an old swamp cooler. The second time, he came out on a Sunday because I had a smoking outlet. He had it fixed in under 30 minutes and didn't gouge me on a weekend price.
