My heat and electricity went out Friday...Christmas Eve night Nothing was open and no one could help me until Monday at best... Jeremy showed up and kept my lights on and got me through a tough situation He stood in the drizzling rain and made my family safe in the home we rent That makes him a hero in my book He's a straight shooter and a damn nice guy And he did a great job He produced the results I desperately needed On a cold and rainy Christmas weekend I heartily recommend that you avail yourself of this man's talent and expertise For any pressing electrical issues you may experience He's the best of the best

Jeremy's guys came out, lubed my outdoor gate arm, 5 days later gate not working again. Of course it was a Sunday, called Jeremy and as I was leaving a message he text me I'll call you later. NEVER DID!!!! Even though I explained in my text that it was urgent that I get my gate closed. It was locked open about 3ft. I have a pool and wild animals around here. Monday his guy calls me and I let him know I had to call someone else because Jeremy never responded to me. His comment was "Oh, good for you" Well you know what I told him*******!!! How about some money back for the gate you didn't fix!?

When I first bought my house, an electrician from Jeremy's came out at the agreed on time and made a quick and reasonably priced repair. That was 9 months ago. Something has changed. I called for another repair and was promised a day and time so I came home from work. No one showed. I called to see what was happening, and Jeremy laughed at me and said "No way anyone is coming out today." Then he promised a someone would be out the next day. Surprise, surprise... no one showed or called then, either. I'll find someone who actually shows up when they say they will, but it's not this guy.
