Was able to repair my carport support beams the same day. I noticed beams were severely rotted out the day before going on vacation. He came out that day and replaced both beams. His prompt service got rid of the worry and allowed ne to enjoy my vacation. I already have more projects planned for him.
Neal of Decks LA is truly a great and detailed craftsman. We called to inquire about building a floating deck in our backyard and he came promptly and helped us plan the size/layout and go over various materials (he even had samples with him). He was quick to deliver an incredibly reasonable quote and scheduled a time for the work. He ended up being able to start a week earlier than originally estimated which was amazing.He is very detailed and you can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. I am a very very satisfied customer. Neal came and gave me ideas and then fielded all my questions. We made a contract. Then, he was able to begin my job early and he also finished ahead of time. His work is exemplary. He is very easy to work with. Daily the back area was cleaned and I could negotiate my backyard while the deck was being built. I highly recommend him. I felt the warmth from his website and I am so glad I called him. THE BEST!!!!
