Was connected to this towing company via AAA. I was in a tight bind and desperately needed a long distance tow for a disabled family member. Brandon was so helpful and kind. On top of all of that, he arrived earlier than the actual estimated time of arrival. I was thankfully relieved AND to top that, I received a follow-up call later in the day about the services provided. In my opinion, this is great customer service and a genuine care for the customers. I understand that it's hard to please everyone and that people will have bad experiences but I'm so thankul this towing company took the AAA request for towing call. Thank you Car Geeks ?
