A couple of months ago I got injured at work and needed to go to physical therapy in order to heal. I never knew how much physical therapy could improve my life and make me feel normal until I started working with
Nate Margate and Soujanya Mudiganti. With time, patience and repetition they both helped me feel myself again. I now understand that the exercises and stretches they gave me can help me for the rest of my life, versus my initial thought of never having to worry about healing again. these guys far exceeded my expectations. When the surgeon advised me to try PT rather than jump right into surgery I had reservations based on previous experience with PT. Not only am I not having surgery but I have more flexibility in my shoulder than before I tore 2 tendons. Heartily recommend.
The Therapist is super knowledgeable. Ive gone to multiple vibrant care rehab centers and the tracy store is by far the best. They are pretty accommodating as well. They kept my 3 year old entertained while i did my sessions. I highly recommend.
