I had a great experience here. Very nice doctor, wasn't too friendly but got right down to business was thorough. I don't like a lot of chit chat anyway! Receptionist was nice and fun. When I ordered glasses very nice person. Very helpful even submitted my VSP on the spot. Great prices compared to hundreds I spent before. Totally recommend and will be back!

Seen him in the past and as a doc, he did a very good job. But, when I went to pay this last time, there was a "bait & switch" tactic used as the amount for the exam quoted over the phone mysteriously became $40 higher. When I complained, the receptionist looked at me with a silly look on her face as though I was crazy to expect them to honor their quote. In fact, she said that noone would have quoted that amount... Ok, I'm a liar! I'm also the customer. And never again here. Old technology... Being treated in this fashion... There are alot of optometrist who would love our business.

This doc is conveniently located inside the Costco, which is the reason why I tried them out, the doctor is okay not the warmest bedside manner, once I asked him about an ongoing problem I had after having my last child, he was not able to answer my question or figure out what the problem was and did not refer me out I will not be going back . I felt like he did not give enough importance to my concern.
