I was very disappointed with the rudeness experienced during our initial inquiry. Professionalism and respect are crucial in any service, and this interaction fell short. I recommend improving communication and client handling to avoid similar issues in the future.

Worst place for tax , made 2 times mistakes in tax , and still not fixed yet , cost me more than 7000$ for nothing . When I was not owe anything to irs , still made me pay that much money . Because of their mistakes twice .worst part they don’t take on them , blames the customer. How ridiculous is that.

Very poor customer service..
Gave him my ID physically and still had mistakes in major areas such as birthday, & NAME.
Had checks for a couple days and wouldn’t notify me until my husband called upset and checks were out of surprise there that day, asked me for my account information for direct deposit but still went to one of their accounts..
