NANCY at the front desk is rude, disrespectful, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. missed a call from this facility and I am not even a patient here, I called back confused thinking they were Kaiser and she hung up on me while I was trying to clarify the situation and apologize. Disgusting and shameful behavior and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't imagine what kind of horrible care they provide to patients based off their 2.5 star Yelp rating.

Do not waste your hard earn money and precious time at this establishment. Let's just say my appointment was over 2 months ago and still haven't heard back for my requested colonoscopy. I had to follow up with them for weeks about my blood work and even assist their office with how to appeal for my denied imaging request. Quality of care is horrible, look elsewhere for a doctor and staff that actually give a shit.

I wouldn't suggest Tracy Medical Group to anyone. I gave my annual blood work here and they took more than 2 weeks to give the test results. I had to follow up 5 times to get my results.
