Felix came over quickly, gave an honest and fair assessment, and fixed everything the next morning without any major tear-out. He even sent photos, let my tenant test everything to make sure it worked properly, and only asked for payment after we verified it. Felix and his two workers did amazing remodel in our master bathroom also took out our carpet in our bedroom and put in LVP. They painted our bedroom. Now we just hired them again to install more LVP in our living room. Thank you
