It is So Sad When Dr.Frank Demayo Retired This Office of Doctor Lim Suddenly Stopped Accepting managed Medicaid Patients ... now The Patients With Medicaid Needs to find New Doctor to take Care Of Them so If I were you are on Medicaid don't Go to This Doctor's.... If you are elder dont go there, just check in you have to know how to work on ipad or on your phone, people there are not helpfull, you need to have an email, you have ans 100 questions on ipad or on your phone, you have to type in every single medication you take, i dont see how this is a elder friendly place, i took my dad there 2wice i had to ask primary doc to change to some different place , 2 outa 10 experience, i am saying that cuz its not elder friendly place, oh yah and they dont share wifi and network is really bad inside building!

NANCY at the front desk is rude, disrespectful, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. missed a call from this facility and I am not even a patient here, I called back confused thinking they were Kaiser and she hung up on me while I was trying to clarify the situation and apologize. Disgusting and shameful behavior and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't imagine what kind of horrible care they provide to patients based off their 2.5 star Yelp rating.
