Yelp says this business is closed, but that is not true. I used their service once last year. This is my second time contacting them for some concerns on the foundation of another property. I took some photos and sent them via email. The owner Robert responded quickly and we scheduled an inspection appointment right away. Robert came and went in the crawl space with me. He explained to me all the issues with patience. It turned out that there were only several minor issues and only required some simply repairing which I could do by myself. I used T-bar for another smaller job this past week - a walkway on the side of the property. Bob took a little longer to respond on this one. But, when he did get back to me (a couple of days later), he scheduled a time for the work and got the job done. Again, the quality of work was good and followed the schedule that Bob outlined. I got pictures and updates even though this was a smaller job. I'll update the post based on the longevity of the concrete work but as far as I can tell now, the work is much better than what I'd experienced with other contractors.

I agree with the other reviewers. Don't waste your time with this company. The initial response when I reached out for the quote was fast and scheduled within 1 day. The person came out, took measurements, and then discussed some options to extend my existing concrete patio including stamping. That was 5 days ago, I've heard nothing back in terms of a bid for my project. No email, phone call, text or voicemail. Maybe my project wasn't worth working on in that it was too small of a job. Would've been better if they told me up front if that was the case. If T-Bar could get their logistics problem figured out, I would probably give them a chance since... read full review
