His very knowledgeable and smart. Great technician because he tried to explain the problem and showed what needs to be replaced .He fixed the issue in a timely manner. Very nice and kind personality.

American Home Shield warranty ordered the service for repair. Sears Appliance Repair serviceman, Ben, was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we received the correct part the repair was completed promptly. Co-pay on warranty was a reasonable $100. Sears Appliance Repair and American Home Shield Warranty are excellent companies to do business with.
