American Home Shield warranty ordered the service for repair. Sears Appliance Repair serviceman, Ben, was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we received the correct part the repair was completed promptly. Co-pay on warranty was a reasonable $100. Sears Appliance Repair and American Home Shield Warranty are excellent companies to do business with.

Michael came in exactly on time and with exactly the right solution. He took no time to diagnose the problem, order the parts and work with the insurance to pay for the work. The parts came in 2 days later and it was a breeze to get the things working. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and best of all a very friendly person. I can say that these types of folks are not easy to find. The last one I had seen was in 1984 :) It was very nice to meet him and getting the refrigerator fixed.
