I have been using Chuck with R2 carpet cleaning for over 10 years now. We use R2 Carpet Cleaning at least every three months or so in order to maintain the cleanliness of our carpets and downstairs rug. Chuck was very nice and offered me a great deal for 2 bedrooms and a living room. He was very communicative & reliable. His helper (I didn't get her name) was also very helpful and sweet. Such hard workers! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!
