Collin and Sam let me know when they would be here and showed up right on time.
They were both professional, explained what they would be doing today and were a pleasure to have take care of an 'ant' problem that we are currently having at my elderly Mom's house. I'm skeptical of having people around her at times, but these two guys were professional, got the job done and I would have zero hesitation having them at her home any time. Thanks for having such competent and efficient employees.

I first had a very cool conversation with the owner, Kyle, about my existing pest control service. He explained a few possibilities that may have caused some of the issues I experienced post-service with diplomacy and extensive knowledge of products and effectiveness. He took my information straight away and that same afternoon I received a call from Jay with Proactive. It was a genuinely friendly (not salesy) exchange! He understood my need and availability and we put it on the calendar! I wasn't able to take the time off to stay in the morning for my service after all, but Collin was very communicative.
