Practical Creative was hosting our web site for many years. Recently our site went down, I tried calling them and there was no answer, so I got their address from the invoice and their web site and drove to the address. The address on record is a UPS store and there is no way to contact them. This is where I went to find them. Good Luck everybody.I also sent them an e-mail but never got any response. I am attaching that e-mail at the bottom.Finally we went with Shopify and are starting the process all over again. Shopify has 24/7 support and fairly inexpensive.I am very disappointed with the service provided by Practical Creative and not sure about their business ethics.... read full review
