I've been visiting Petsmart for quite some time. I had one of the most positive experiences with a gentleman by the name of Roy, who I'd like to send a shout out to for his knowledge and his extreme customer service. I would love to suggest to management to give this gentleman raise for going above and beyond with his help.

We came here because we got a kitten and needed some stuff. They had pretty good options on everything we needed. Litter box,food,treats,and a lot of cat toys. Some stuff was a little pricey but I understand it's hard to get at other stores. The person who rang me s up was very helpful.

Our dog David is still a puppy and he's a handful, however Sam our groomer here is super patient and caring. She does an amazing job every time we come bring David, she give us advice on how we can help him be calm and use to getting groomed. I recommend you give Samantha a try when booking your next hair cut!
