I've been visiting Petsmart for quite some time. I had one of the most positive experiences with a gentleman by the name of Roy, who I'd like to send a shout out to for his knowledge and his extreme customer service. I would love to suggest to management to give this gentleman raise for going above and beyond with his help.

I go here primarily because it's the closest pet shop with fish. My last visit I was a little taken a back by the employee that helped me in the fish area. I wanted octocinclus catfish. I said I wanted octo catfish and she said that they weren't catfish but were sucker fish. Not sure if she was a new employee or not but I've had, up until now, employees more knowledgeable and more accurate in telling me what things are.The 3 stars is for this employee. Other than her knowledge, she was very nice and helpful and quick to assist me as soon as she saw me.

We came here because we got a kitten and needed some stuff. They had pretty good options on everything we needed. Litter box,food,treats,and a lot of cat toys. Some stuff was a little pricey but I understand it's hard to get at other stores. The person who rang me s up was very helpful.
