I always have great energy when dealing here...Well not really. Allot of the times I leave anxious. Because 90% of the time I'm having something I ordered altered here. So yea. I leave anxious. But when I get that call, that it's ready for pickup. Baaaby, I became as excited as I was, when UPS, first delivered my item. I already know, it's going to fit beautifully. They always do great work. Very friendly, polite & patient with me. Because I'm always trying to negotiate, on getting my hemmed item, pickup date sooner. So for me. This spot has been nothing but positive.Except when UPS drops off an item, & this place is closed that same day.

One job, clean dry clean only clothing and in my 3 tries they have been 0 for 3 in taking stain out, dry clean and give a single crease on trousers. Everytime same excuse "we try but can't guarantee"

I had to take my faja garment in to get tailored. I had originally asked for 2 inches to be taken in at the waist at each side but they recommended to start off with 1 1/2 inches in instead and I'm so glad I listened. It only cost me about $22 to get it tailored and they had it done in about a week. The price was really good and turn around was quite quick as well. Super glad I had a great first experience taking something in with them :)
