I can't say enough good things about Phil from P&M Plumbing. I've needed him out several times for various plumbing projects. He is VERY responsive, reliable and competent. He is a honest plumber who won't try to up sell you and that's huge! I've used a few popular Livermore plumbers in the past and P&M beats them all hands down!
