Their vehicles park illegally in handicapped parking spots. Completely unacceptable for any reason for any amount of time. They need to find a legal spot and walk. Don't take spots from handicapped people

I give this company zero stars! A tech came out this morning to service our broken faucet. After he realized he would need to replace the faucet, he told us he would be back in 30 minutes with a part to replace the faucet. After two hours had passed, I called the owner to find out status. He told me that they were trying to locate the part and it would be a couple of days until someone would return. I explained that some communication would have been great instead of draining my two hours where I could've accomplished something. I guess he didn't like being told the obvious, so he hung up on me. This company lacks professionalism to the core!!! So, now I have a dripping faucet that I cannot turn off since I have no faucet and parts that the tech left all over my counter.

We had a flood in our side yard, Jose came out and immediately detected there the leak was. Nor-Cal saved us a ton of money, fast, responsive and friendly! Using them for every plumbing issue in the future THANK YOU!!!!!
