I had such a fantastic experience here! The haircut was absolutely amazing—exactly what I wanted, if not better. The stylist really took the time to understand my preferences and offered helpful suggestions that made a huge difference in the final look. What stood out just as much as the haircut was Jessica. She is incredibly talented and clearly passionate about what she does. She was very welcoming, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
Elizabeth did such a good job on my hair. The color came out so pretty and exactly how I wanted it. She’s super talented and you can tell she really cares about her work. I’m really happy I went to her and I honestly think she’s gonna go far as a hair artist. Definitely going back to her again 🤍
I love coming into Noemi & Bell. It’s a very comfortable salon and I love the products they carry. I also don’t feel like I have to spend an arm and a leg for quality.
Jessica has to hands down be the best stylist in town! Between hair styling, make up, color, cut, and more— she does it all! Not only has no one ever done my hair as good as Jessica, she’s so fun and I genuinely enjoy visiting her.
