If I could give them 10 stars I would! Our relationship with Melo started 18 months ago when we asked them to bid a remodel and addition of 1000 square feet to our home in Tracy. The job was complex and included bringing the old portion of the 1950's home up to current code, as well as designing an entirely new roof structure to cover the old and new parts of the home. From beginning to end Paul, his crew, and the subcontractors he hired were reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and demonstrated exceptional skill and attention to detail. I was out of town on vacation when my client called with a bathroom flood during escrow. Melo Construction not only took care of the flood damage but they also took the extra mile to put the buyer at ease while I was away. They handled the job professionally and escrow closed on time! I recommend this company, they were God sent!
