I've hired Steven for both small and large roof repairs. He's knowledgeable, experienced, honest and very thorough. Responds quickly and always right on time. His estimates are extremely fair and he's a hard worker. It's a relief to know my roof troubles have been resolved. I highly recommend him, he's an all around good guy.

We had the pleasure of hiring Landeros to fix our roof. After our first contractor was a no call no show the day of the repair, I decided to wait for Steven to come take a look at our roof. They were booked a few weeks out, and I should have known it was probably because they do really good work. Julie was very communicative throughout the entire process so we were never left guessing in any step of the repair. Steven did an AMAZING job and it wasn’t long after he arrived before I knew that he was an expert who has years in the trade and ton of knowledge. Steven and Julie are very responsive and provided detailed work plan with quote and pictures of the roof. Steven worked 3 mornings and fixed our roof, and cleaened gutters and vents. Details pictures were provided before and after work. Good, trustworthy team to work with!
