Get insurance that covers burning a clients house down because your insurance did NOT cover the fire at our home that was caused by your worker sweat welding a pipe.?Our homeowners insurance covered the $400,000+ claim for losses that your company caused. Insult to injury. The contractor's insurance had an exclusion for damages caused by "heating devices". A worker was sweat welding an exterior pipe with a torch and caught the insulation on fire. No fire extinguisher on hand to stop the fire, it went up the exterior wall and into the attic, burning 1/3 of our house down. The remainder of the house was badly smoke damaged. Our homeowners insurance covered the $400,000+ claim in property damages and material losses. The contractor was paid for work he never finished. Like King does not pay his employees. He's been taken to the labor board a few times and still does not pay his employees.
