We have a large dog that gets a bit aggressive at the vets office. Jules are experts at dealing with such dogs. They are very patient and caring. Happy to have them as our dogss vet! Keep up the good work!
The staff seemed very caring and attentive. The doctor seemed quite knowledgeable. There was an issue with parking and the wait time was somewhat high (after we were in an exam room). They gave us choices on level of care, based on "should haves" vs "nice to haves", if money is no object.
From the front lobby to the treatment room, from options in care to checking out and paying, everyone was wonderful! I cannot sing Sara's praises enough.
