Extremely friendly, unprofessional staff. I was able to walk directly in and see the provider. Provider was extremely knowledgeable. Give me appropriate care, relieve my symptoms extremely fast. I definitely recommend coming here BEFORE going to other urgent cares and waiting a long time.
Just want to say this place is great! They are very on top of making sure you get good quality care and free of judgement regardless of your situation. I was able to my appointment quickly and get through it quickly and I got my test results fairly quick after a couple of days. I will definitely come again when needed. Thank you!
Instant Urgent Care, in Tracy next to Safeway, was great. I was able to get an appointment the day I became ill rather than waiting 4 or more days at Kaiser. The place was immaculate! The staff was helpful, caring, and efficient. I will go back if the need arises.
