I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and expertise of them! I called with a complicated electrical issue at my home, half of my house out of electricity, expecting to need an in-person visit. Instead, he patiently guided me over the phone, diagnosing and helping me fix the problem step by step. To my amazement, he didn't even charge me for this invaluable service. I did offer him coffee waiting for him to accept at some point

I called the Technician with w/a question to restore my power to my home I just moved into. ..
They were both very informative as well as understanding to my issue and walked me through the process to restore my power without hesitation and with detail and patience, step-by-step, even whilst busy working enroute to another location for another job.
Especially on a Sunday...
When most other company's wouldn't even answer......
With that being said...
They helped me free of charge over the phone to solve my problem and are greatly appreciated!!!
