The smoke shop has totally evolved since I first started coming here years ago it's always been great but it keeps getting better. The owner is very nice and welcoming prices are consistent and fair and good quality product. The layout of the store is very organized and well kept! if I could recommend any smoke shop in Tracy this one would be it.
I arrived and was welcomed to a friendly employee. Unfortunately I didnt get what i came for but i did walk out with other items i needed and Hailey was very helpful! Thank you Hailey I appreciated you:)
So I was looking for a specific product and decided to call here first to see if they had it. The staff that answered unfortunately said they didn't but then told me of another different smoke shop that did. That right there blew me away. You don't see honesty like that nowadays. He did say that they had a similar product so I thought I'd go check it out. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the same gentleman I talked to on the phone. Just a positive guy with a great attitude. Again you don't see that too often nowadays, it was refreshing. I decided to buy the product they had and was also gifted a cookies delta 8 pre roll when I inquired about them. It's safe to say I'll be going here from now on just because of that initial experience. That's the way you build and run a business!
