I have had the absolute BEST experience with Pollard and Associates since we started working with them in 2019. As a business owner, I appreciate their straight forward approach and attention to detail. My tax appointment always starts on time, my return is carefully prepared and the office runs like a well oiled machine. Been going here for 10yrs, even after the identy theft. Had an appointment this afternoon, but my husband and I both sick from bad food. I called sadly to reschedule, but they refused! Told me now it would be, call daily and see if they can fit us in. If this is how they treat long time senior clients, bye!
