The best contractor I ever met ,he is very honest and doing his work before time , and using high quality materials hospital grade . Ty Barber never gave me hard time or headache. Working with Ty , Kathy and the crew at Barber Construction was great. Ty is extremely friendly and has a lot of experience. He's always accessible and knows his job. The job was finally completed after a lot of delays by the city of Oakland. I would definitely recommend Barber Construction.

Ty is a talker and that is all he is. He cut corners where you can't see, and lies about what is needed. He says he has crew to do all the work and won't subcontract out, all lies. He subcontractors wont finish work because he didn't pay them. His friend who does cabinet work quit my project in midway because of issues with him. He didn't finish my project and is always short on money and asking for money early. Don't trust this contractor unless you want to find a lot of headaches later down the line that was out of sight.
