I reached out to Hugo to change my rotors and brake pads recently and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and communicative in price values when it came to me buying my own parts and having him do the labor. The job he performed on my brakes was sooo much better and was within my budget than what my dealer was charging me for parts and labor. He took the extra step to update my car’s maintenance on carfax which he didn’t have to do. His service has been nothing but excellent and very professional. Called Hugo, first of all he answered his phone! a +, I requested new plugs, wires , distributor cap and rotor. he took my vehicle info and replied quickly with a very reasonable quote. We scheduled for the following morning and he was on time and knocked it out in an hour. Called him again for more work, he knocked out my other truck!
