I got towed for my own illegal parking. Normally it's a nightmare getting a car back, but the owner was so kind and understanding! He made the entire process painless and easy. If the towing penalties are this pleasant I can only imagine how great the service is when hired for towing! If I ever get a towing penalty again I hope it's from Associated Towing lol
