This company does what they’re supposed to do. Most of their work involves accidents or vehicles that didn’t follow parking rules. That’s not something the driver controls. Getting upset at the tow operator when you’re the one who messed up doesn’t change the situation.

Most negative reviews seem to come from people who were already in the wrong. Associated Tow doesn’t just randomly tow cars. Either there was an accident or parking rules were broken. The driver is just doing his job and doesn’t deserve to be treated poorly for it.
