We have been Paradise Pool and Spa clients for years and everyone who works there (service and office) are competent and easy to work with. We recently had Richard come to replace our old spa heater and he was excellent! He came right on time and cleaned up after himself, even recoiling the hose after re-filling the tub. I highly recommend this business!!!!

Paradise Pool built our pool and spa and guided our entire backyard makeover. I worked with another designer at the start, but I wish I had just started with Paradise Pool. Jason was great to work with. He is very straight forward, responsive and meticulous. He explained all the options and prices, and all the steps along the way. I've used Paradise Pool & Spa for 5 years and they have always faithfully serviced my spa. I recently had an issue with the spa draining and the manager Sam went out of his way to make sure the spa was fixed. Thank you Jim and Sam for making our Saturday nights great again!
