Hélène Holl is an excellent trainer and has been working with us for about 3 years. The gym is always very clean and the equipment is first rate! Helene always shows me the right way to do each exercise and is very encouraging. She will adjust and switch things up so I get a complete workout. It's a very pleasant environment and Helene always introduces us to other members. A++!!

This gym is close by, has very nice equipment, and is always clean! You don't have to worry about sitting in a puddle of sweat like other gyms. All the members are friendly, and I almost always have the place to myself. I would recommend you take a look if you are considering gyms near the Tiburon area.
