“I think this address is wrong, he's in a the Sunset Dist. But the phone number is correct. I can't say enough positive things about this man. I will be indebted to him forever. We were in a huge jam needing to provide documents prepared by a CPA to verify my income for my business. I had called another service who said my business "wasn't worth it" I was so upset and feeling like I was losing it with worry, ready to give up. I asked the universe and God to put the right person in my path. And then I found his number online. He is kind, professional, and helped me without charging me an arm and a leg. Fast. I'm a creative, not a numbers person. I just don't understand this side of things well. I will use his services from this day forward every time I need this kind of work. “I contacted Sarkis Tax and Accounting on Thursday 09/15/2022. They were moving offices, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday 09/19/2022 at 12:30pm. I arrived five minutes early but Peter Sarkis was still busy with a previous appointment. I offered to get lunch instead of waiting. When I returned, Peter was still busy with ADT for an alarm install. I was able to squeeze in at 2:15pm and stood my ground as my initial appointment was at 12:30pm. I was impressed on how knowledgeable Peter was on taxes and getting to know him eventually turned the experience into a pleasant one in the end. I interviewed several Accountants before making a decision and I am more than satisfied with my selection and will be returning next year.“

She does not suffer fools well, so if you're flakey, prone to drama, have an inflated sense of your own identity or think you know the current tax code better than she does, you won't have a good experience.
